Upper Face Rejuvenation
On the Upper Face we treat the areas like forehead lines, frown lines (between the eyebrows), bunny nose, crow’s feet (wrinkle around the eyearea) and temples with the help of Botox®, fillers. Rejuvenation of the upper face is done with PRP.If the glabella & Frown lines are deep set, the practitioner is likely to recommend treatment with dermal filler in combination with BOTOX®, which is a highly effective way to fill and smooth the area simultaneously.
Glabella lines (frown lines) are the vertical creases that appear between the eyebrows, generating a tired or angry look. This is a very effective area on which to use BOTOX®. Dr Reema Arora can subtly smooth these frown lines, resulting in a rejuvenated and more relaxed appearance.
Sometimes referred to as ‘surprise lines’, these appear on the forehead when your eyebrows are raised. As you age, they become more apparent. Excessive lines in this area can give the face and skin an aged appearance.Horizontal forehead lines are mostly due to genetic ageing. Sun damage or smoking can also result in the formation of creases that are deeper and more difficult to treat. BOTOX® can lessen the effect but may not remove the lines completely.
‘Bunny lines’ are the creases that appear when the nose wrinkles up, for example, when we sniff or smell something. The careful placement of BOTOX® injections at either side of the nose can reduce the appearance of these lines.
The appearance of fine lines, or ‘crow’s feet’ at the outer corners of the eyes, and their presence even when you’re not smiling, is often associated with ageing. However, BOTOX® is very effective in reducing their appearance. It’s therefore one of the most popular areas for the treatment. With careful assessment, BOTOX® in this area can also help alleviate drooping eyelids – an effect that can make the eyes appear smaller.
It is possible to smooth fine creases underneath the eyes using BOTOX®. If it is under-eye ‘bags’ that you wish to address – that is, the area between the lower eyelid and the upper cheek, or ‘tear trough – then it might be that a different treatment would be more effective than BOTOX®, or could be used in combination with BOTOX®. ‘Bags’ under the eyes are often caused by loss of volume in the tear trough area, meaning dermal fillers may be more suitable.
The temples are often neglected in facial rejuvenation. Hollow temples can be improved aesthetically by injecting them with dermal fillers.Filler in the temple hollows brings youth back to the eyes. The temples are located on the sides of the face, just behind the eyes. The upper edge of the temples meets with the forehead, the lower edge with the cheek. The tail of the eyebrows ends at the front edge of the temples. Under the skin of the temples, lies the temporalis muscle, one of the muscles involved in chewing. Hollowing of the temples can cause the face to appear gaunt and skeletal. They are often one of the first areas of the face to lose volume with weight loss. Dermal fillers can be used to correct temple hollowing. This may help to balance temple volume with the rest of the face, and help to smooth the transition between the forehead and the temples, and the cheeks and temples.
The treatment area is cleansed, topical anesthesia is applied (if required) it takes 30 – 45 minutes to take effectthe topical anesthetic cream is then cleansed, a picture is taken and thefiller is injected with a fine needle.
Results are immediately visible in the temple hollows, under eye area and wrinkles.

PRP FOR SKIN REJUVENATION
The Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) facial, popularly known as the ‘Vampire Facial’ is a treatment that uses the plasma from your blood to help stimulate skin cell regeneration in the area it’s applied. PRP treatment is an advanced anti-aging and skin rejuvenation technique that help repair injured and damaged tissues in the body. The main aim of PRP skin rejuvenation therapy is to stimulate collagen production, volumize thinning skin, plump out cheek indentations, and soften the hollows present under the eyes while improving the skin tone, texture, and tightness.

The treatment area is cleansed and a topical anesthetic cream is applied. Your blood is drawn, fed into a sealed test tube, centrifuged in-house and the separated plasma is mixed with actives.
