Treating Blind Pimples

Blind pimples are deep, painful pimples that don’t have a visible head.
Here’s how to treat them:

1. Warm Compresses: Apply a warm washcloth for 10 mins, 3-4 times a day. It helps bring the pimple to the surface.
2. Niacinamide: Use a spot treatment with niacinamide gel to reduce inflammation without irritation.
3. Acne Patches: Prevent touching or picking by using plain or medicated acne patches.
4. Benzoyl Peroxide: Apply a non-irritating 5% Benzoyl Peroxide Acne Spot Treatment.
5. Steroid Injections: If persistent and painful, consult your doctor for anti-inflammatory steroid injections.
